With an English Honors degree from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, and professionally qualified as a lawyer with an LLB degree from the University of Delhi, Deb Mukherjee has been a serial entrepreneur for over twenty years, having built successful businesses in India and the United Kingdom. Later, he worked within a corporate environment for over twenty years in India and the UK. He has served as Executive Chairman of Eaga India, a subsidiary of Eaga plc UK, a listed FTSE 250 company, until 2012. Currently he is Managing Director of Cenergist Energy Private Limited, India, and Director of Agriflow Land and Water Ltd, UK. He is also Country Head and Investor in Power Roll Limited UK. He has served as President of the Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCC&I), and currently is the Chairperson of The Delhi Council of the BCC&I. He is a Trustee of V Citizens Action Network (VCAN), Mumbai. He has been on the Editorial Board of Springer Publications on Sustainable Energy Technology and Policies, andserves as Advisory Member of TERI NE Council.
